What now? We cannot accept returns on tickets, regardless of reason. I bought tickets and can't go to the event. If this happens, please contact us and we will take care of it. The ONLY exception to this policy is if an event is cancelled without a reschedule date. If an event is rescheduled/postponed, the tickets will be valid on the new date of the event. We cannot accept returns on any ticket order.
What is your return policy? All sales are final on ticket orders.

Can you match it? We advise against assuming a ticket price is better unless you've gone all the way through and seen what service fees are added on right before you click "buy." Our tickets are all-in pricing, meaning the listing price is the full price including delivery. I found similar tickets for sale (insert other place you can buy things) for less. Will Ticket Club buy them? Unfortunately, we don't source tickets for sale through eBay. If you aren't sure what type of general admission tickets a listing is for, please message us before you buy! I have tickets to sell. What about GA tickets? Lots of events have general admission sections these days – from lawn seats to pit seats, to entire venues that are first-come, first-served. When you head to the event, you simply need to open the file on your phone and display it to be scanned at the gate. What if tickets are "mobile-only"? If tickets to an event are mobile-only, we'll send you the file to store on your phone. Most tickets are no longer available as traditional cardboard stock tickets from the venues.

Unless otherwise noted (in "seller notes" above), the tickets we list here are e-tickets, which come in the form of a print-at-home PDF file, or a PDF file with a code that you have scanned from your phone at the venue. How can I trust that you're legit? We've only been on eBay since the summer of 2017, but we've already sold hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of tickets. Market prices fluctuate as events approach, and our prices will reflect those changes. Will you take "X" for them? Our prices are set by those listing tickets for sale with us, so we can only move prices up or down in the event that the asking price moves up or down. They will be for the section/row indicated, and will work at the venue. Say no to those practices by buying tickets through Ticket Club! Frequently Asked Questions Will my tickets work? YES! We take pains to make sure we only accept ticket listings from trusted partners. Don’t be fooled by other web sites that show you one price and then raise it by as much as 50% when you check out.
